Following college, Vic served in the US Army for over 20 years. He was amazed at the variety and scope of experience and individual history among the people he worked with. The work, the locations, and the conditions were often challenging and always rewarding. After leaving the military, Vic held several management positions in the food and beverage industry before joining The Entrepreneur’s Source.
Steve has over 30 years of corporate executive leadership expertise including healthcare, consulting, and human services companies. He has directly experienced and seen colleagues go through career transitions and wanted to help others. As a Coach, Steve’s greatest satisfaction comes from helping Clients to clearly determine their best path to achieve their vision.
